How does your pricing work?‍
We offer fixed-price packages so you know exactly what you’re paying upfront. Pricing starts from $750+ GST for shoots within Sydney. Pricing is ultimately based on your requirements, and usually factors in time, travel, number of images required, turnaround time and equipment required.

When is payment required?‍
Payment for all jobs is required in full, 7 days before the shoot. You can pay via bank deposit or the direct payment link provided with the invoice.

How does the process work?‍
We start with a phone call or email to understand your goals and make sure we are on the same page. On the day we will shoot to your requirements until we are satisfied with the outcome. After the shoot we’ll provide you with a gallery link to view/share/download the images.

Can I be involved on the day?‍
Absolutely, the more help we get, the better, especially if it involves a lot of people. Many clients like to be present, especially for branding or product shoots. You know your organisation better than we do, so any input is very helpful.

Do you provide both high-resolution and web-sized files?‍
Yes, you’ll get the option to download multiple different resolutions from the gallery.


Do I own the copyright?‍
You receive a perpetual usage licence. We retain the copyright but you have full commercial rights to use the images as needed for your organisation.

How far in advance should I book?‍
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to make sure we’re available, especially for larger shoots. However, we can often accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.

Where are you based?‍
We’re based in Sydney but we do often travel other cities like Brisbane and Melbourne.

What if I need to reschedule?‍
We understand plans can change. We’re generally flexible with rescheduling as long as we have reasonable notice.

What type of camera gear do you use?‍
We use the latest Canon mirrorless system which includes high resolution camera bodies, and fast lenses.
