How much do you charge?
I offer fixed-price packages so you know exactly what you’re paying upfront. Pricing is based on your requirements, and usually factors in time, travel, number of images required, turnaround time and equipment required. All packages include travel within the Sydney metro area (travel outside of Sydney will be quoted separately), equipment, insurance, online gallery link, 12 months image storage, and perpetual licensing.
When is payment required?
Payment for all jobs is required in full, 30 days before the shoot.
How does the process work?
We start with a phone call to understand your goals, and then review your brief to make sure we are on the same page. On the day we will go over the brief again, and then begin shooting. I’ll get a gallery link setup so I can provide any same day images you need for internal/external use, and then provide the final gallery within 72 hours.
Can I be involved on the day?
Absolutely. the more help I can get, the better, especially if it involves a lot of people. Many clients like to be present, especially for branding or product shoots. You know your organisation better than I do, so any input is very helpful.
Do you provide both high-resolution and web-sized files?
Yes, you’ll get the option to download multiple different resolutions from the gallery.
Can I use the photos on my website and social media?
Yes of course. All images come with a licence that allows you to use them across your website, social media, marketing materials, tenders, and internal communications. If possible, I would ask that you reference my website tonyrosierphotography.com.au as this helps me share my work with more potential clients, but it’s not a requirement.
Do I own the copyright?
You receive a perpetual usage licence. I retain the copyright but you have full commercial rights to use the images as needed for your organisation.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to make sure I’m available, especially for larger shoots. However, I can often accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Sydney but clients often ask me to travel interstate. I will quote separately for travel outside of Sydney.
What if I need to reschedule?
I understand plans can change. I’m generally flexible with rescheduling as long as I have reasonable notice.
What type of camera gear do you use?
I use the latest Canon mirrorless system which includes high resolution camera bodies, and fast lenses. I also carry plenty of accessories including lighting, tripods, filters etc.
